Using the website does not automatically establish a contract for an event. An event arrangement is confirmed only after the agreed terms have been accepted in writing by both parties.

The final scope, artists, duration, location and production inclusions depend on the approved event proposal.

Booking & Confirmation

Submitting an enquiry through our website, WhatsApp, phone or email does not guarantee artist availability or confirm an event reservation.

A booking is subject to confirmation of event details, date, location, performer availability, services and agreed payment conditions.

Clients are responsible for sharing accurate event information and communicating changes promptly.

Pricing & Payments

Event pricing is determined by performance requirements, location, duration, selected artists, equipment, production and additional services.

• Final charges will be specified in the event quotation.
• Payment milestones will be shared before confirmation.
• Applicable taxes and additional costs will be identified.
• Additional services may result in revised charges.
• Payments must follow the agreed booking conditions.

Event Responsibilities

Unless included in the confirmed service package, clients are responsible for venue permissions, suitable arrangements, electricity, audience safety and other event-related requirements.

Any sound, staging, lighting, hospitality or technical requirements will be discussed before the event. Relevant local laws and venue regulations must be followed.

Changes & Availability

Requests for changes to event dates, locations, timings or services are subject to availability and mutual agreement.

If unforeseen circumstances affect an event, Aangan Mehfil will communicate with the client to discuss appropriate alternatives.

Intellectual Property

The original website content, branding, design, photographs and graphics owned by Aangan Mehfil are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorised commercial reproduction of protected content is prohibited. Third-party music, recordings and performance rights belong to their respective owners.

Liability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information on our website. However, event schedules, services and other details may change.

Liability relating to confirmed bookings will be determined under the agreed contract and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing Law

For bookings made through our India operations, these terms are governed by applicable Indian law, subject to mandatory consumer protection and jurisdiction requirements.

Bookings contracted through our Dubai operations may be subject to separate local contractual terms, as specified in their booking confirmation.
